Summer Program

We will hold our training in the evenings this year, all training will be held at our facilities with the exception of Beach week, which will be held at the Oceanfront. Training will typically be 3 nights each week.
Summer Program Week 1: July 9th-13th is Speed & Agility Week Physical training will be hosted by certified strength coaches and tailored to be soccer specific. These sessions run through a proper warm up and cool down, run mechanics, better acceleration and explosion; as well as, injury prevention for female and male athletes. We highly encourage your player to be in shape heading to these sessions.
Summer Program Week 2: July 16th-20th is Beach Week at the Oceanfront. This week will be focused on building upon week’s 1 form and technique but building strength endurance and balance on a challenging surface.
Summer Program Week 3: July 23rd-27th is Ball Mastery Week. You can’t play this game well without Ball control. The week will focus on Ball Mastery, Receiving & Passing, moves and Finishing. The players will get lots of time on the ball working individually and in groups.
Summer Program Week 4: July 31st-August 3rd is Tactics Week. This week is designed to further develop techniques, quick play, decision-making and passing progressions in both small sided and full sided play.
